Delivery to a pickup point, a Z-BOX or to your address. We usually deliver within 1–3 business days. We ship throughout the Czech Republic, to Slovakia and to other EU countries.

You can collect your goods in person at Lupáčova 16, Prague 3. By prior arrangement only – please arrange a time first by phone or email.
Other shipping method – by arrangement
We can also ship in other ways (courier, post, etc.) – by prior arrangement via phone or email. Suitable for bulkier or non-standard consignments.
Payment
Card payment online – Visa, Mastercard
Fast and secure online card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We process your order immediately after payment.
Bank transfer
We will email the payment details (account number, IBAN and variable symbol) right after you complete your order. We dispatch the goods once the payment is credited to our account (bank transfers usually take 1–3 business days).
Cash on delivery – + €1.20
You pay for the goods when you receive the parcel. A surcharge of €1.20 is added to the delivery price. Cash on delivery is available for delivery within the Czech Republic and to Slovakia.
